Meet the Tampa Team Behind Elmstead Remodeling Tampa
Remodeling is a people business before it’s a construction business. The crew that walks through your door in Tampa matters more than the brochure, the website, or the logo on the truck. Ours is small on purpose. Every Elmstead Remodeling Tampa project runs through the same four people from first measurement to final walkthrough, so the person who hears your concerns on day one is the same person checking the caulk line on day thirty. No handoffs to strangers. No “the office will get back to you.” Just the people below, and the standard they hold each other to.

Our People

Graham Stein, Owner
Graham Stein has spent his career on the unglamorous side of remodeling: the crawlspace, the subfloor, the corner where the old wiring meets the new panel. He started Elmstead Remodeling Tampa after years of watching crews rush through the parts homeowners never see and then charge for fixing them later. He writes every project quote himself and walks every job before the crew packs up. If something isn’t right, he’s the one who finds it. Outside of work, Graham restores mid-century furniture in his garage, a hobby that keeps him honest about how long sanding actually takes. His one rule for every job: if he wouldn’t accept it in his own house, it doesn’t leave yours.
Daniel R., Lead Technician
Daniel has been setting tile and hanging cabinets across the Tampa Bay area for 14 years, the last six of them with Elmstead. He holds manufacturer certification through Schluter for waterproofing systems, which matters in Florida bathrooms where humidity finds every seam. Daniel is the person who notices that the new vanity is a quarter-inch off level before the countertop goes on. He lives in Seminole Heights with his wife and two daughters, and he still refuses to let anyone else cut the miters on his own kitchen trim. On the job, Daniel is the one who labels every box and bags every screw, because he’s the one who’ll be back in a year if a hinge loosens.
Marcus T., Senior Installer
Marcus joined Elmstead Remodeling Tampa after a decade in high-end cabinetry, and it shows the moment he sets a drawer face. He’s certified through KraftMaid and Wellborn on cabinet installation and has a working knowledge of Cambria and Silestone fabrication requirements that prevents countertop surprises before templating day. Marcus handles the structural side of kitchen remodels: cabinet runs, crown molding, island anchoring, and the final adjustments that make every door close soft. He’s a Tampa native, a fisherman when the redfish are running, and the crew’s quietest member right up until someone asks him about drawer slide tolerances. Then you’ll hear the full dissertation.
Elena P., Service Coordinator
Elena is the voice on the phone when you call Elmstead Remodeling Tampa, and she’s been answering that phone for seven years. A live person, every time, whether it’s Tuesday at noon or Saturday at 9 p.m. Elena schedules every walkthrough, keeps every material order tracked, and sends the cleanup photos before the crew has even loaded the truck. She grew up in West Tampa and worked in property management before joining the team, which is why she understands what a remodel actually does to a family’s week. Elena has two rescue dogs and strong opinions about which pet-safe caulks and finishes go on the product list. She’ll ask about your pets before she asks about your timeline, which tells you what kind of operation this is.
One Standard, Every Job
Everyone on this page answers to the same document: the Cedarwell Care Promise. It’s not a poster in the office. It’s a checklist that governs every visit, every project, and every handoff. Shoe covers at the door before the first step inside. Drop cloths down before the first cut. A written price in your hands before any work starts, not after the walls are open. A photo of the cleanup, taken and sent, before the crew pulls away. Quiet tools during nap hours when there are kids in the house. Pet-safe products wherever a pet-safe option exists. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise stamped on every project: if it’s not done right when the job is complete, we make it right. Graham Stein signs that promise on every contract, and Daniel, Marcus, and Elena work every day like their names are on it too. Because they are.
